Prepare your submission
Before you reach out to the Glow team, make sure your files are ready and uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder. Having everything in place upfront helps things move quickly.
What to include
- Final approved bite file — audio (MP3 or WAV) or video (MP4).
- Transcript (.docx or PDF) — required for podcasts.
- Bite title — clear and descriptive, as it will appear on Glow.
- Short description — 2–3 sentences about what the bite covers.
Upload to Google Drive
Open the shared submission folder and navigate to the topic folder that matches your bite's category — then upload your files directly there.
